MY ROLE, LEADERSHIP AND PROJECT DETAIL

I led the design direction and set the UX  expectations for the Notification Service,  defining KPIs, aligning on business priorities and ensuring the user journey was grounded in data and insights.
I guided the product designers through the triple‑diamond process and ensured smooth alignmend across UX, Tech and Business.
I supported in shaping the core rules, behaviour and UX structure of the Notification system and made sure it aligned consistently across all platforms.
