The work covered all core e-commerce shopping flows for eg: Search, Product listing, Product pages, Cart, Order Management, Upsales, Subscription and Checkout.

MY ROLE - LEADERSHIP AND PROJECT DETAIL
I led the UX/UI strategy within the Oriflame App team; setting direction, guiding designers, defining structure and ensuring alignment with business goals, brand standards and global market needs.
I oversaw design validation, flow optimisation and the overall quality of the user experience and UI Design and overviwed the testing on prototype, beta and after launch.
(During the first phase, to not miss deadline, I stepped in as the main designer due to lack of designer in the team. I set the UX rules and foundation alongside UI Design, building the main views, ensuring the team had a clear and scalable starting point once fully staffed)
